We know you (and your furry best friend 🐶🐱) can't wait to get your paws on your order, so here's everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your FurCare goodies.
Packing Your Order
Every order is packed with lots of love (and probably a few happy tail wags 🐕).
- Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be packed on the next working day.
- During big sales or product launches, we may need a tiny bit of extra time—but we'll always get your order moving as quickly as we can.
🚚 Where We Ship
Good news—we deliver all across India! 🇮🇳
Estimated delivery times:
🐕 Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
🐈 Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
🦴 Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimated delivery times, so sometimes your package may arrive a little sooner... or take a little longer depending on your location or courier partner.
💛 Shipping Charges
Nobody likes surprises at checkout.
If shipping charges apply, you'll see them before you place your order.
From time to time, we also offer FREE Shipping on selected products and special promotions. 🎉
📍 Track Your Package
The moment your order leaves our nest, we'll let you know!
You'll receive your tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available), so you can follow your FurCare package every step of the way.
✏️ Need to Change Your Address?
Oops! Entered the wrong address?
No worries—contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll happily update it. Once it's on the courier truck, though, we may not be able to make changes.
🚫 Missed Delivery?
Life happens—we get it.
If our delivery partner can't deliver because:
- Nobody was available
- The address was incorrect
- The phone number couldn't be reached
- The order was refused
your package may make its way back to us.
If you'd like us to ship it again, additional shipping charges may apply.
📦 Something Doesn't Look Right?
If your package arrives damaged, looks tampered with, or something is missing, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Right now, Furcare is busy making tails wag across India.
International shipping isn't available just yet—but we're working on it!
⏰ Delays Can Happen
We always aim to deliver on time, but occasionally things outside our control (like weather, holidays, courier delays, or other unexpected events) may slow things down a little.
If that happens, we promise we'll keep you updated whenever possible.
