Return Policy
Because FurCare products are pet grooming and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This helps us ensure every customer receives a fresh, safe, and hygienic product.
However, if you receive:

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll notify you of the outcome via email.
✅ If Your Request Is Approved
Depending on the situation, we'll either:

Process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Refunds & Replacements Are Not Available If;
Unfortunately, we won't be able to approve a refund or replacement if:

The product has been used.

The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.

The damage is caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
